Please read these SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") carefully. By opting in to receive text messages from Redas (a product of Hash Hive Mining Inc), you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms, our general Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
Redas (Hash Hive Mining Inc) provides automated construction meeting intelligence notifications, including commitment reminders and alerts. Notifications include:
Users opt-in by navigating to Settings > SMS Notifications within the Redas web application. Users must provide a valid mobile number and explicitly toggle individual notification types to the "ON" position. Consent is not a condition of purchase or a requirement to use the Redas platform.
Your consent is entirely voluntary. You can use all other Redas features without enabling SMS notifications. SMS is an optional convenience feature. A publicly accessible reproduction of the opt-in flow is available at https://redas.app/sms-consent.html.
Message frequency varies based on your project activity and the specific notification types you have enabled. Users typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per week.
Redas does not charge a fee for this service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your individual cellular plan.
We support all major US carriers. Please note that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To re-subscribe, you can re-enable notifications in your account settings or text START.

We respect your privacy. All information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or email before the changes take effect.
