Welcome to Redas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redas commitment tracking platform and related services operated by Hash Hive Mining Inc ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using Redas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

Redas is a construction meeting transcription and commitment tracking tool. Our service:

• Transcribes audio recordings of meetings and phone calls
• Extracts commitments and action items from transcripts
• Tracks commitment deadlines and completion status
• Calculates reliability scores for accountability
• Sends optional SMS and email notifications about commitments

2. Account Registration

To use Redas, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive automated text messages from Redas at the phone number you provide. You can opt-out at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, and commitment data you upload or create. By using Redas, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

Our Content: Redas and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hash Hive Mining Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of Redas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

Redas integrates with third-party services including:

• Twilio (SMS messaging)
• Deepgram (audio transcription)
• Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (calendar integration)
• Anthropic Claude (AI commitment extraction)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Redas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
• All commitments will be correctly identified
• The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hash Hive Mining Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Missed deadlines or commitments
• Business disputes arising from tracked commitments
• Inaccurate transcriptions or commitment extractions
• Loss of data or service interruptions

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Redas shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
