- Account Information: Email address, password, and display name when you create an account
- Phone Number: If you opt-in to SMS notifications
- Audio Recordings: Meeting and call recordings you upload for transcription
- Commitment Data: Information about commitments extracted from your recordings, including names, deadlines, and project details
- Calendar Data: If you connect Google or Microsoft calendar, we access event information to help schedule and track commitments
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Transcribe audio recordings and extract commitments
- Send you SMS notifications about commitment deadlines (if opted-in)
- Send you email notifications and reminders (if opted-in)
- Calculate reliability scores and generate accountability reports
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
SMS Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your phone number is used solely to send you commitment-related notifications that you have explicitly requested. If you opt-in to SMS notifications:
- You will receive alerts about overdue commitments, due-today reminders, and weekly digests
- Message frequency varies based on your commitment activity
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- You can get help by replying HELP to any message

Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform (Twilio for SMS, Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for AI analysis). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
- Business Transfers: If Redas is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Security
