Redas is a construction meeting intelligence platform operated by Hash Hive Mining Inc (DBA Redas). This page documents how end users consent to receive SMS notifications from Redas Commitment Reminders.
How Users Opt In
Users opt in to SMS notifications exclusively through the Redas web application at https://redas.app. The opt-in process requires the following steps:
User creates an account and logs into Redas
User navigates to Settings > SMS Notifications
User reads the full SMS disclosure (shown below)
User enters their mobile phone number
User individually enables one or more notification types via toggle switches
User clicks Save Settings to confirm
All notification toggles are off by default. No SMS messages are sent until the user explicitly enables at least one notification type and saves their settings. Consent is not required to use Redas.

The following disclosure text is displayed above the notification toggles, before the user enables any SMS notifications:

Notification Types
Users can individually enable or disable each notification type:
Overdue Alerts — Daily reminder of overdue commitments
Due Today Alerts — Morning notification of items due today
Pre-Meeting Prep — Reminder 1 hour before scheduled meetings
Post-Meeting Recap — Summary after meetings are processed
Weekly Digest — Weekly summary of commitment status
Opt-In Confirmation
When a user enables SMS notifications for the first time, they immediately receive a confirmation message:
"Redas: You're subscribed to meeting commitment notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

All toggles are shown in their default (off) state. Users must log in, enter their phone number, and explicitly enable at least one notification type to opt in.

When a user enters their phone number, enables one or more notification types, and clicks Save Settings, the toggles change to the active (on) state as shown below:

Step 2 — After opt-in: User has enabled Overdue Alerts and entered their phone number. Upon saving, a one-time confirmation SMS is sent immediately.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
