Most common fixes:

  1. iPhone users — turn off iCloud Private Relay. Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Private Relay → Off. It blocks some third-party auth domains. Turn it back on afterward.
  2. VPN or custom DNS. Disable VPN and check Settings → Wi-Fi → (your network) → Configure DNS is set to Automatic.
  3. In-app browser (Slack, iMessage, etc.). Copy the page URL into Safari or Chrome directly — in-app browsers sometimes break the OAuth handoff.
  4. Still stuck? Email support@redas.app with the error message and what device you’re on.
